About the Role
The Company is in search of a President/CEO to lead its community bank. The successful candidate will be tasked with the implementation and achievement of the bank's strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of key performance results and outcomes. This role is pivotal in developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support the bank's growth and profitability agenda. The President/CEO will also provide leadership to the Executive Team, drive continuous improvements in business processes, and oversee the bank's financial position, including risk management and compliance with statutory requirements. Candidates for the President/CEO position at the company should be dynamic individuals with a passion for influencing their own development. A Master's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the banking or finance industry and at least 5 years in senior executive management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bank operations, credit risk management, and lending, and possess exceptional leadership and management skills. The role requires a focus on strategic partnerships, business planning, and the ability to lead the bank in meeting customer service standards and delivering customer-centric services.
