Position Title: Production Operator

Wage: $17.75/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 1pm-9:30pm Monday-Friday, rare Saturday work

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Operator for a company in Marshfield, MO. This is an associate to hire role.

Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all products are manufactured in keeping with GMPs
- Ensure all products are boxed in clean packaging, and that production areas are clean and sanitary according to daily cleaning schedule
- Ensure that all production batch logs are properly filled out
- Ensure all products are stored in a way that used FIFO
- Ensure that warehouse adheres to all GMPs
- Sensitizers/allergens should be stored at the bottom
- All packages should be tightly sealed, and package should be covered
- Forklift operations
- Preventative maintenance and temperature logs need to be maintained
- Participate in all cleaning activities throughout the day

Production Operator Requirements:
- Must wear steel/composite toe shoes/boots, plant dedicated shoes must be left on site daily
- Adhere to dress code
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test once hired and a physical
- Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds consistently, as well as stand, twist, bend, and stoop for 8-hour shifts
