Job Description

Real Estate Analyst

The Real Estate Analyst provides support to the Real Estate team, ensuring our company's development pipeline and existing asset portfolio are maintained. This role collaborates closely with the Operations Leadership, and cross-functional teams including HR, Loss Prevention, Accounting, Development, and Facilities, to drive new store growth and support key business priorities.

Qualification Requirements:

This position requires open availability, including the ability to work a 40-hour work week and hold office hours during daylight restaurant operating hours. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
Strong financial acumen and knowledge of real estate trade areas and transaction processes
Basic business math and accounting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical/decision-making skills with the ability to calculate and analyze data
Valid Driver's License
Possess a clean driving record and criminal background
Experience in engaging with and obtaining buy-in from multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize requests and effectively communicate appropriate delivery expectations.
Ability to travel as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of real estate standards and laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to research and analyze real estate trade areas.
Ability to read and understand real estate and legal documentation.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action for trade areas.
Ability to navigate ambiguity while working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and exercising agility to alternate between strategic projects and tactical reporting/analysis requests.

None

Essential Functions:

Provide support on strategic real estate initiatives in alignment with the company's development goals
Under supervisor's guidance, assist in maintaining an active development pipeline and the existing restaurant real estate portfolio to support the Operations teams
Execute tasks that help advance the company's strategic development plans
Collect, analyze, and organize relevant site-specific information for use in site rides, internal presentations, and real estate committee meetings
Review and maintain a current database of lease documents to ensure timely responses to inquiries from internal teams and project stakeholders
Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and on schedule, including meeting coordination, reporting, compliance documentation, and performance tracking
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Shift: Part-time | 20-25 hours per week, scheduled within standard office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
