Key Responsibilities:

✓ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
✓ Establish strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent inventory and cost control
✓ Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and practices

✓ Proven track record as a successful Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume establishment
