Job Description



The RPA Developer will work with other engineers, business users and participate in designing, developing, and managing RPA(UI Path) business applications and its servers to provide business support. A high level of proficiency working on continuous improvement with UI Path is required. Data systems may involve SAP/Oracle/MongoDB/CSV file etc. RPA tool is UI Path. This position provides assistance with IT and operational project and manage and improve systems reliability, security, availability, and flexibility for excellent information services. They must also be comfortable to create RPA jobs by using UI Path.

Responsibilities

  • Primary
    • System Development/Enhancement in RPA UI Path Applications & Infrastructure
      • New implementation and Modification of RPA UI Path process
      • Requirements analysis and RPA UI Path Application System Design and Development including Database
      • Implementation and testing the RPA UI Path Enterprise-Applications
      • Research for the enhancement or improvement of RPA UI Path systems
      • Monitor RPA UI Path system failure & performance and properly resolve them in right time
      • Strongly involve in the planning and engineering of RPA UI Path systems
      • Conduct RPA UI Path Application Tuning
    • Manage critical issues & resolutions related to RPA process
      • Setup, configuration, administration of RPA UI Path jobs
      • Design RPA UI Path system architecture
      • Evaluate/propose RPA UI Path solutions
      • Share system knowledge with team members so there is a backup member when one is absent
      • Act as a liaison with customers and partners IT Departments
      • Develop and implement RPA UI Path Solution/Application per business requirement
  • Secondary
    • Data analysis and correction
      • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot system issues
      • Monitor and resolve system failures independently
      • Generate data analysis requested by users
      • Other duties as assigned
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Work with the stakeholders to gather their feedback for the system enhancement and improvement in the next phase
    • Ensure adherence to and develop best practices supporting customers
  • Tertiary
    • Support business unit or divisional initiatives Perform other qualified duties, as assigned

Pay rate: $33 - $38/hr. (D.O.E)

Qualifications

  • Strong RPA UI Path Programming Experience
  • Object Oriented Design and Development. Exposure to VB/C#/Java, Visual Studio or Eclipse
  • Python, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, DOM, SVN, NiFi
  • Familiar and able to implement RPA (Uipath) solution
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS
  • Good written and verbal communication skills: must be able to effectively convey and document designs and processes
  • Able to work with Oracle and MongoDB
  • Ability to manage all aspect/stages of software development life cycle (Agile environment)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience Required in Information Technology
  • 1 Year of Indirect Experience Required
  • 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
