What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily through phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with business owners and executives.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify them based on company size, industry, and technology needs.
- Book First-Time Appointments (FTAs) directly on the calendar for the CEO.
- Follow up with prospects using structured cadences and clear messaging.
- Track all outreach, conversations, and appointments in our CRM.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings focused on results, not excuses.
Your KPIs
We track performance by results, not activity for activity’s sake. Your core metrics are:
- Calls Made: Target daily volume to ensure pipeline momentum.
- Conversations Held: Meaningful discussions with decision-makers.
- FTAs Booked: Qualified appointments scheduled.
- FTAs Sat: Completed appointments with decision-makers.
Who You Are
- Relentless, confident, and comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
- Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Organized and coachable, with a drive to improve every week.
- Experienced in B2B prospecting (MSP, SaaS, or technology sales a plus).
- Competitive and team-oriented — you want to win, and you want the team to win.
