Responsibilities

• Required to have a strong understanding of business operations and platform integrations
• Role is pivotal in driving strategy and supporting broader organizational goals
• Requires 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Must have a focus on both admin and developer roles

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience is required
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, including various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Flow, triggers, validation rules is a must
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with RESTful and SOAP API protocols
• Understanding of API security standards and protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
• Skilled in multiple programming languages relevant to Salesforce (e.g., Java, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with both SQL/SOQL and NoSQL databases as well as JSON format
• Expertise in data mapping and transformation techniques
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools like Lucid Chart
• Experience with CI/CD practices in Salesforce, including the use of development orgs
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git/GitHub
• Understanding of event-driven and message-driven architectures in Salesforce
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and regulations applicable to Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good documentation practices within Salesforce
• Experience with Agile development frameworks and methodologies
• Previous experience as a business analyst preferred
• Combination of at least one Salesforce developer and one other advanced certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified App Builder, Advanced Salesforce Administrator, Application/System Architect, etc) is required.
