Job Description

Emerald Isle, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is an IT Support Services company providing support to government and commercial entities. Emerald Isle is an 8(a) Program certified, Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Anchorage, AK; our Corporate Office is in Manassas, VA; and our Operations Division is in Hanahan, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide security oversight for secure facilities, personnel, visitor control, document control and equipment.
• Responsible for opening and closing buildings and other secure areas, and providing coverage during the prescribed business hours.
• Perform Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) verification. Log in visitors and ensure the correct authorizing badge is given to and displayed properly by the visitor. Escort visitors.
• Ensure all government guidelines related to personal electronic devices (PED) are followed by building visitors.
• Monitor/update the AMAG Technologies Security Management System (or equivalent) for multiple entry and exit locations.
• Document the status of all security aspects required by Command in the appropriate report formats.
• Maintain informational knowledge on the proper procedures for the handling and processing of classified materials. Adhere to guidelines set forth in NSWCCRANEINST 5510.1A CH-4 on Information, Personnel, and Industrial Security Manual.
• Perform physical security functions including support of document control, security containers and safes, and security facilities and rooms.
• Input information into numerous databases related to the Security Desk functions.
• Act as point of contact for Public Works and the Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC) including identifying and reporting facility issues and needs.
• Attend Crane mandated training as required and complete Local Element (LE) training, physical security training, Joint Personnel Access (JPAS) training, AMAG Technologies Security Management System training, Total Workforce Management System (TWMS) training, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) training, and Communications Security (COMSEC) training.
  

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Active Secret Security Clearance preferred.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) or Associate degree (preferred).
• Five (5) years previous experience working in personnel security or background investigations.
• Valid Drivers License
• JPAS experience.

Excellent MS Office Suite skills, testing may be required.
