MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Senior Principal Directory Services Architect, the work youll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customers mission. You will play a crucial role in delivering advanced solutions and strategic insight to optimize the customers enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proven expertise in managing, monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and updating directory services and hybrid authentication systems.
  • Provide expertise in managing complex identity, access, authentication, and centralized resource management systems and platforms.
  • Autonomously handle and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of directory services.
  • Proficient in using automation and orchestration for streamlined maintenance and monitoring of directory services systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the directory services environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in directory services architecture and management.
  • Strong understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and access control methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure/AWS Admin, Azure/AWS Security, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE).
  • REQUIRED
  • Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret and SCI eligible
  • Location: Onsite
  • Required: US Citizenship
  • Required: DoD 8140 IAT II compliant
