full-time Service Appointment Representative to help our customers with service scheduling, coordinate special order parts deliveries, make follow-up calls, and assist our Service Advisors. If you're a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!
Your Work Schedule - Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
What We're Looking For: - Experience in customer service or a call center role (appointment setting experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers (CDK training will be provided)
- Reliable and able to work scheduled hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain a satisfactory driving record
