Your SLP Role:

• Deliver school?based therapy services for students ranging from PreK to 12th grade
• Conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and work closely with educators and families
• Adopt a strengths?based, neurodiversity?affirming approach for each child you support
• Enjoy the flexibility to tailor your caseload with input from your team

Ideal Candidates:

• CCC?SLPs or Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are enthusiastic about learning and seeking mentorship
• Clinicians who are dedicated to serving rural and suburban communities
• Collaborative team members eager to become part of a genuine community of SLPs

Requirements:

• Meet all state and federal guidelines to be fully licensed an SLP?A in MA
• Education: Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech?Language Pathology
• A strong interest and passion for providing creative, engaging and neurodiversity?affirming services
• A passion for connecting with other SLPs and collaborative helping children succeed
• An independent self?started with a very positive, highly energetic work style
