What Youll Be DoingProvide instruction aligned with alternative and individualized curriculum plans
Support middle school students with diverse learning needs
Work closely with a team of experienced paraprofessionals
Collaborate with staff, service providers, and families to support student success
Maintain IEP documentation and track student progress
Smaller, specialized student population
Excellent paraprofessional support throughout the day
Structured classroom environment with team collaboration
Opportunity to make a lasting impact with consistent student relationships
Active Michigan Special Education certification
Middle school experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
