Ice Cream Scooper Position

As a team member, you'll deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests while serving up treats for every occasion. You will help maintain a clean and organized shop including restocking supplies and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.

We are looking for a hard-working person with a positive attitude. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service, and we want our employees to handle each customer with care, patience, and attentiveness.

It's important that our ice cream scooper is able to multitask, handling multiple orders simultaneously and keeping all the customers satisfied.

Responsibilities

1. Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
2. Follow food safety standards
3. Prepare food and beverages
4. Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
5. Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
7. Clean equipment and guest areas
8. Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation
9. Follow speed of service standards
10. Serve and communicate with guests
11. Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
12. Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
13. Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
