Pay DOE Job Title: Direct Inside Sales Associate Department: Sales/Customer Service Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager Essential Job Duties Reviews and processes custom and turnkey quote requests with accuracy and efficiency. Communicates with customers to clarify requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Provides timely responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and order status. Prepares, reviews, and follows up on quotes to support order conversion. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with existing customers. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction. Tracks and manages orders from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Maintains accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions within company systems. Monitors industry and customer trends to provide feedback to management. Assists with other sales or customer service functions as needed. Qualifications Education & Experience A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role. This position requires 1-2 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
