We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our team with accurate data input and verification. This role requires a strong focus on precision, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Enter data accurately into multiple systems and spreadsheets
- Perform ongoing quality checks by cross-referencing numbers between systems
- Maintain organized and complete documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks as needed
- Flag discrepancies and assist in troubleshooting data issues
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience checking and validating data in multiple systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to start immediately and commit through at least January 30th, 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with FedEx Shipping Manager or similar shipment-processing software
