• Location: Burlington, MA 01805 (Greater Boston area)\n
• Position: Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Telemetry\n
• Unit: Nursing Float Pool\n
• Start Date: November 24, 2025\n
• End Date: February 21, 2026\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks\n
• Hours: 36 per week (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)\n
• Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights: 7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a), rotating every 4 weeks\n
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Days: Sat/Sun; Nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,540\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required\n
• BLS certification (AHA required)\n
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred\n
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel RN experience\n
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months if previously employed\n
• Ability to pass day-one competency testing\n

\n\nMed/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit\n
• Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed (floating in 4-hour blocks)\n
• Manage patient ratios between 1:4-6\n
• Participate in rotating shifts and weekend coverage as part of the nursing float pool\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards\n
