We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Content Strategist / UX Writer to elevate customer-facing experiences across our dynamic platform. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape the voice and content strategy for critical initiatives, ensuring clarity, engagement, and a world-class user journey. You will play a key role in defining how our customers interact with our services, making complex processes intuitive and delightful.

**What You'll Do:**

* Craft clear, concise, and compelling UX content, applying e-commerce best practices to enhance user understanding and engagement.
* Lead comprehensive content strategy development for complex, high-visibility projects, defining messaging architecture and tone.
* Act as a content multiplier, empowering design teams through education and documentation of best practices in UX writing.
* Conduct thorough content audits to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable business impact.
* Leverage data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously test, iterate, and optimize content solutions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

• 7+ years of dedicated professional experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2C environment.
• Strong background in e-commerce content strategy.
• Figma

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated success in elevating the UX writing capabilities of design teams through training and outreach.
