Our services include accounting, bidding support, construction compliance, development assistance, financial strategy meetings, HR support, payroll processing, and tax planning. We are dedicated to Unlocking the Possibilities through full back-office support to our hard-working entrepreneurs and their thriving companies. Daily Responsibilities: Assist with journal entries and month-end close processes Prepare financial statements and balance sheets Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliations Required Skills: Knowledgeable of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Well versed on Quickbooks Online and Desktop Ability to perform month-end closing and year-end closing activities Proficiency in general accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Capable of self-directing Nice to Have Skills: Experience with depreciation and accounting research Familiarity with tax compliance and financial statement preparation Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $67,300.00 Maximum Salary: $72,120.00 Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance Company Information: At OfficeKEY, we believe in unlocking possibilities not only for our clients, but for our team.
