We are seeking an *Associate Bankruptcy Attorney* with at least *2 years of consumer bankruptcy experience* to join our team in Michigan. This position is *not remote* and requires in-office presence.

Responsibilities:

* Handle consumer bankruptcy matters from intake through resolution.
* Advise and represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
* Appear in court hearings, trustee meetings, and other proceedings.
* Provide clients with clear communication and excellent service.

Qualifications:

* Licensed to practice law in Michigan and in good standing.
* Minimum *2 years of consumer bankruptcy law experience*.
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.

Compensation:

* *$45,000 – $55,000 annual salary*, commensurate with experience.
* Benefits package available.

* Full-time, in-office role.
