Working at Knott's Berry Farm, you will have access to these amazing perks: * Complimentary admission to Knott's Berry Farm and all Cedar Fair parks * Earn complimentary tickets for your friends and family * Discounts on food and merchandise * Special events for associates only * Building lifelong friendships * Resume building skills * Flexible schedule * Employee recognition programs Responsibilities: * * As a barista, your responsibilities revolve around preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, while also possessing knowledge of coffee and brewing methods. * Stocks and maintains proper inventory levels. * Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions. * Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision. * Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. * Meets Six Flags attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flags attendance policies. * Adheres to Six Flags Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures. * You must also follow all the Six Flags Knotts Hotel Standards and Policies. * Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: * Ability to lift and move at least 30lbs. * Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English in a manner sufficient for effective communication. * Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time. * Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. * Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. * Preferred availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
