Dunkin' Crew Member Position

The Crew Members will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service every time they are on the clock.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive working environment by coming to do their job to the best of their ability and bringing a positive mentality to share with their fellow crew members.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management.
• Act as a role model for other Team Members by adhering to all state and federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct that are set by the Company and the Dunkin brand.
• Work with integrity, honesty, and accountability in all situations

Requirements:

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
• 17 years of age and above with some exceptions
• Reliable Transportation
• Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Increase overall sales by upselling and cross-selling
