As Director, Product Management, you will lead a team with direct impact on the growth of Gartners Global Conferences business. You will manage a portfolio of products serving the Solution Provider market and will be responsible for innovating and enhancing these offerings to unlock the strongest possible revenue and profit growth.
This position will drive product strategy and innovation through the assessment of new product opportunities, design and execution of prioritized testing, and ROI calculation for current and potential investments. Product management requires strong collaboration across all facets of the Conferences leadership team.
You will be responsible for leading our design efforts that help define the vision, product strategy, and user experience of new products. You will work closely with our customers, sales teams, operations and services teams, as well as other groups to ensure the most robust range of products and offerings that delivers high satisfaction and adoption with our clients, and strong value for our business.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 163,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a rolebased, uncapped sales incentive plan.
