Hedge Fund – Tax Manager or Senior Manager Hedge Fund – Tax Manager or Senior Manager 15 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants A national firm with a nearly 50-year history is seeking a Hedge Fund Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to support its tax compliance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hedge fund tax compliance – review partnership tax returns and supporting forms (K-1) and schedules Tax research and analysis Partnership allocations, waterfalls, distributions Provide strategic advice on international tax concepts, including CFCs, PFICs, and a variety of forms including 1065, 1042, 5471, 1120-F, etc. Calculate taxable income and partnership allocations, wash sales, straddles, incentive allocations, and carried interest

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of hedge fund tax experience CPA or JD Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex tax concepts Familiarity with tax software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Leadership experience with a history of accountability, achievement, and execution on strategic initiatives The post Hedge Fund – Tax Manager or Senior Manager appeared first on Landing Point.
