Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Support the sales team by preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and service improvements.
• Help resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
