• Location: Warrenton, VA 20186 (Virginia healthcare job)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780-$1910\n
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/16/2026)\n
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (19:00 – 07:00), every other weekend required\n
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed\n
• Setting: Emergency Department (ER)\n
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site\n

\n\nEmergency Room RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Virginia or compact state)\n
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS\n
• Proficient in core ER nursing skills: phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKG, splinting, wound care, and patient transport\n
• Ability to float to appropriate hospital units as needed\n
• Strong communication, teamwork, and self-motivation skills\n
• Patient-centered approach focused on delivering exceptional patient and family experiences\n

\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages\n
• Perform comprehensive ER assessments, interventions, and documentation using Meditech EHR\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Float to other clinical units as required, based on skill set and department needs\n
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient Emergency Department environment\n
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including dress code (scrubs required)\n
